Manual valves are the backbone of any process plant. Deteriorated seats, worn packing, corroded stems, or damaged operators increase fugitive emissions and operational risk. Our workshop handles all types and sizes — from ½" to 48".
Service Includes
- Full disassembly, cleaning, and inspection
- Body and bonnet hydrostatic shell test
- Seat and disc/wedge lapping or hard-facing
- Stem and packing replacement
- Operator overhaul (handwheel, gearbox, chain wheel)
- Pressure testing to API 598 / BS 6755
- Painting, marking, and documentation
