Our Story

M Expert Engineering was founded with a clear mission: to raise the standard of industrial valve and mechanical services across North Africa. Based in Sfax — Tunisia's industrial capital — we've grown from a specialist valve repair shop into one of the region's most comprehensive industrial maintenance and testing organizations.
Today we operate a fully-equipped fixed workshop in Sfax and two mobile workshops that can be deployed anywhere across Tunisia, Libya, and Algeria. We hold the distinction of being the only company in Tunisia authorized by LESER — the world's largest safety valve manufacturer — to perform OEM-standard repairs under the LARC programme.

LESER LARC
Authorized Repair Center — Tunisia
LESER is the world's largest manufacturer of industrial safety valves. Their LARC (LESER Authorized Repair Center) programme certifies select repair facilities globally to perform OEM-standard repairs using genuine LESER parts and procedures.
M Expert Engineering holds this authorization exclusively for Tunisia. This means every LESER valve we repair is overhauled and tested to the same specification as a new valve from the LESER factory — with full traceability and OEM documentation.

Receiving LARC authorization is not just a commercial relationship — it requires passing LESER's rigorous facility audit covering workshop equipment, calibration capability, staff qualifications, quality management, and repair procedures.
For plant operators, this authorization provides assurance that cannot be replicated by a generic valve shop: your LESER safety valves are serviced by the only company in Tunisia that LESER trusts with their name.
