Actuator Services
Failed actuators cause valve failures. We repair and recondition all actuator types — pneumatic (single and double-acting), electric multi-turn and part-turn, and hydraulic. All repairs are load-tested before return to service.

- Spring replacement and preload setting
- Electric motor rewind or replacement
- Limit switch and torque switch setting
- Positioner and solenoid overhaul
- Actuator-to-valve mating and stroke setting
- Functional test at rated supply pressure
